The below picture (top) was used by the City of Tamarac in their presentation to the City Planning Board on 23 March 2010 to support rezoning of Woodmont. Notice per the Google Map (bottom) how the pools and patios were airbrushed out of the picture to make the canals look less threatening and more appealing.
