Another Disaster In Davie

The owner of Woodmont Country Club has another project in downtown Davie. The residents of the neighboring condos have been burdened with the view since 2003! Visit www.davie-fl.gov to see how, with each passing year, Mark Schmidt and his partners have requested greater density and taller buildings from the Davie City Commission to allow the developers to gain more profits.
